Purchased SSD for MP 3.1 some suggestions..

hello all..

ok, here planning on doing. have mac pro 3.1 8 core 2.8 2008 system. purchased 120 gig ssd.

here issue. right macintosh_hd sitting @ 160 gigs. wondering if there can number down whether moving deleting etc. haven't touched folder.

want os , applications. don't want have re-install if @ possible.

suggestions? maybe moving user folder 62 gigs off drive? have 3 left open.

thoughts suggestions?

 

move user data hdd, clone 160 ssd carbon copy or similar program. suggest disk timemachine.
