NTFS External and Spotlight

hi there,

i've got ntfs formatted external 500gb of content, poorly organized. need scan drive photos, videos, music, , documents , pul them off each separately placed individual folders on drive.

i've got ntfs read / write plugin installed , working fine, , i've followed of instructions resetting spotlight index on external (remove , add privacy, , various terminal commands) , volume reports indexing enabled.

problem? indexing didn't ever take place, , spotlight finds no results searches perform. i've reset , reenabled on , over, else can find content apart browsing each , every folder on thing?
