Change Apple Mail Background Color

it possible change white background apple's mail? black letters on white background killing sight!

ideally love use background image 1 in reeder app , increase space between lines.

you (just mail) hit these 4 buttons: command+option+control+8.

if it's turned on, these make colors negative; making black white , white black.

if it's not turned on, check "preferences" "universal access" , "view"; "black on white".
