i have had problems home button past few months , solution seemed work going restore route using tunes. syncing phone 4 mac via usb though using cloud syncing items contacts not calendar, notes, email , etc. guess confident sync items using cloud method.
have started using wireless sync method (still through tunes) past 2 weeks , since have had 0 problems home button.
phone functions brand new 1 though 1 year old. i'm sure problem software related versus hardware related , traced rouge app. know many apps designed phone run on pads. sync pad same way, wirelessly in cloud!
