Facetime working...MMS issues.

i'm having issues sending mms. seems receiving them no problem so far. issue particular reason can send pictures not others. example... picture 1 can send many times want. picture 2 not send. when send picture 1 wife's phone gets "the media content not included due picture resolution or message size restriction". have tried changing settings on "cellular data network" , restart phone no luck.

experience seems when change settings on "cellular data network" not apply. can can see have changed settings changed?

internet filled mms issues offers changing settings under cellular data. i'm contemplating option manually changing "com.apple.mms" file under var/mobile/librery/preferences inside phone if shh phone not yet.

iphone 2g not suppose have mms works flawlessly.

settings u guys using working 100% of time?
