Question about dock/stereo

actually 2 questions.
1. brand trust best overal quality , sound? (i'm looking spend around 90 tops)
2. keeping phone on charger bad there way have phone not charge while docked? or okay have charging on dock?

 

this can of worms boil down personal preference , budget. docks trickle charge when in use think concern more myth.
