Bluetooth 4.0 tethering

since new ipad , iphone 4s both have bluetooth 4.0, know if tethering via bluetooth draws less power?

 

nope. bluetooth 4.0 supports low-powered accessories bluetooth headsets still use same amount of power previous version of bluetooth. it's better suited keyboards , other applications data can sent in small packages.
