Is it possible to use a $ iTunes card to buy apps in the german app store?

hi,

thing itunes account on german store , can have apps either german or american market on iphone. in few days i'm going buy iphone here in (an unlocked one) , i'd buy apps without using credit card on them. guys know whether it's possible, use itunes card bought in on german account , have amount in euros (in currency, of course i'd have 11 € if i'd buy 15 $).

has eve tried this? looking forward replies!
