I Need Time Tracking App with On Screen Timer

i tutor , teach clients on how use wordpress , blog publishing seo , marketing. when possible share screen them show them how whatever need do.

need app tracking time spend , need timer show on screen.

i've seen before when had hired couple years ago show me how something, know exists, life of me can't find fits bill.

can of course use simple timer while screen sharing , use separate app time tracking love find in 1 solution.

i have been looking time tracking software well. can setup 10 20 different tasks (charge numbers) , task bar pull down change tasks. timer not necessary. @ end of week need able run report show how time on days spent each project. haven't found 1 usable yet.
