does know might drive spinning , spinning no matter do? seems if restart machine - acts short time
soon, starts spinning time , not stop if put machine sleep. date.
it, obviously, gets hot - , spins loudly.
if restart or shut down - drive stop.

hard drives supposed spin (if doesn't you're in trouble or computer went sleep).

talking spinning? or talking accessing disk? if getting constant disk access *could* (but not always) signal need more ram.
