picture taken with front camera is all flipped

all pictures taken front camera flipped when saved. happened since afternoon. before that, totally fine. know how fix it?

i have iphone 4s.

 

word is supposed b way facetime. when use facetime other person see correctly.

wouldnt b wierd if lean left on phone lean right. ? lol
