Ipad 2 - possible to downgrade once on 5.0+?

i've looked through forums , little confused - right in assuming if upgrade ipad 2 (wifi only) 5.0+ wont able downgrade 4.xx if u have shsh blobs saved?

it's understanding wifi-only version of ipad2 can downgrade lower version without real issue assuming have shsh blobs version ipad being downgraded.

of ipad2 gsm, it's possible using tinycfw build custom ipsw lower ios version.

ipad2 cdma out of luck totally.
