if sync phone new computer, realize erases , replaces new library question is:
lose jailbreak tweaks or remain intact? syncing itunes affect content itunes or delete apps had installed through cydia?
you can sync phone new computer , not have erased; read here.
in terms of jailbreak tweaks, nothing should deleted when sync new computer. i'm not sure apps installed through cydia though.
