Need to keep 5.0.1, how

my 4s got stuck in restart mode reason , i'm trying restore it. when connect itunes phone in dfu mode tells me restore wants update 5.0.1 5.1 obviously, stay jailbroken , don't want update 5.1. how can this?

download 5.0.1 ipsw , option+restore. i'm not sure signing window still open 5.0.1 though. if should work. if don't mind, post if signing window still open.
