can I email a page from ipad calendar?

hi, thinking of getting ipad using (among other things) daily work schedule includes hourly appointments clients , assigning workers time slots along minor info phone numbers.
if choose app or if there calendar comes ipad, i'd able email "day" page staff members.
save me time of having write out 2 schedules; 1 email , 1 me @ office.

you can take screenshot of calendar day page (press home button , power @ same time) , attach email. , yes ipad has calendar app.
