Best way to jailbreak/unlock att iPhone4 Ver 4.3.5. Modem firmware 04.10.01

have att iphone 4

version 4.3.5
carrier att 10.0
model mc319ll

modem firmware. 04.10.01. baseband?

need unlock phone, don't know thud best way?

want use sim card att prepaid phone

have read lot, , more read more i'm confused...

going update ios 5 , , jailbreak...

heard att locks phones can't use other sim, if jailbreak still need unlock? amd if unlock can use att sim?

didn't know if there info or instructions....

 

baseband 04.10.01 not unlockable. need buy unlocked phone if want use on other carriers, or gevey ultra unlock "hack."
