Looking for an english alternative

to app:

called thunder. does, basically, put in links several files wish download, , downloads them folder of choosing. (far more convenient web browsers ability).

problem is, difficult use not in english. searched mac app store , did not find suitable alternative. hoping forum member give personal recommendation. (i use app download podcasts in bulk, listen them during painfully log regular drives)..

you can't subscribe podcasts in itunes, automatically downloads them?
