iTunes question can't find answer

so i'm trying figure out. heres set up:
mbp, 2 accounts, me , wife
itunes, each have itunes account both have iphones (i have , ipad well)

able share music/apps/books/videos between both user accounts , itunes accounts.
want able open itunes, have stuff , logged itunes account.
want my wife able same music apps etc while logged user/tunes account.
finish off, i'm trying so, if add music etc, sees when logs in , vice versa.

have seen ways nothing seems i'm looking for. once that, have see how sync mac pro.

in advance

 

not sure want possible. maybe hold option while opening itunes while logged user, direct open itunes library. both in sync no matter logged in on laptop.
