Is now a bad time to buy 4s?


i have ip4 , got upgrade att new phone.
screen has minor scratches , have cash i'm worried if buy 4s won't have upgrade 2 years , have buy iphone5? full price :(

still out 4 till new model?
suggestions?
 

its not worth upgrade on iphone 4. wait next gen iphone.
