iTunes Movies with closed captions... How does Apple name subs?

hey guys. quick question. (sorry english if make mistakes :))

have lot of blu rays ripped , i'm trying follow itunes movie format. mean try add original itunes metadata files , name tracks inside .m4v files apple it. :) file opened in subler looks example:

movie (1080p hd).m4v
---> 1. main program - h.264
---> 2. stereo audio (eng) - aac, 2 ch
---> 3. surround audio (eng) - ac-3, 6 ch
---> 4. chapter images - photo - jpeg
---> 5. chapter titles - text

have purchased itunes movies not closed captions. started add subtitles movies , wondering how apple calles subtitle tracks , if differentiate various subtitles "forced", "full" or "sdh". that's question. if has purchased itunes movies subtitles i'd appreciate if open file in subler , tell me it's called. :)

why? mean, add subtitle , save file. it'll work :)
