How can I add photos without owning?

i photographer , want offer ipod clients photos on it. how do without going thru process of itunes , owning it?

 

just understand - you're purchasing ipod touches folks, , want open them , put photos on them prior giving them, right?

if that's case, don't think it's physically possible.

ipod touch have set apple id, , presume don't want every single 1 of them have apple id.
