New iPad - Video conversion

hi all,

have 1080p mkv files i'd convert format ipad accept. when i've done i've used videomonkey hasn't been updated preset allow conversion @ 1080p.

have suggestions?

i suggest app can run mkv out of itself, , hope received 1080p support new ipad soon.
not convert movie. converted movies in past, , used @ least 6 apps....nothing worked without problems.
dont convert, sucks.
