Mail no longer down loading all emails

with past week mail not downloading emails. have spoken isp , mail on servers (as can access online) not @ home machine. have tried delete current account , set new 1 still not work. suggestions anyone?

 

can tell it's failing? connecting , logging in? timeout , give up, if has bad password?
