Best/Fastest download manager on the iPad?

i have been using iget download manager download large files ipad. it's 1 have tried downloads fast. have 8mb connection , downloads in iget move @ 850kbps (even when downloading 1 file) around connection maximum speed. issue iget fast it's not download manager can't pause downloads. it's saving grace "open in" works can unrar files in usbsharp pro, or send mkv's avplayer hd.

can recommend download manager downloads fast , job manager well? 1 download speeds go above 500kbps.
