GoodReader/iCloud sync

dear members,

hope can me fix problem.
yesterday, restored ipad new device. after installing apps , several types of content opened goodreader app sync of icloud files. don't know happened i'm not able sync goodreader icloud anymore. have no icloud folder , no buttons in general settings turn on. deleted , installed app again nothing changed. suggestions? thank much.
