Help! with MS Word on Macbook Air 2011

my girlfriend translator , decided use macbook air 2011 in combination ms office 2007.
did parallel install on macbook air , microsoft office 2007 works fine.

problem shortkeys don't function way used to. first keyboard layout different , office 2007 doesn't seem recognize short key commands function on pc, needs use pc in office difficult keep shifting between shortkey systems working macbook when travelling home in train.

2 questions:

a) mac analogy control- shift -rightcursor select word right in ms office 2007 under windows?

b) there possibility customate these key combinations?

 

there may program keyboard, not know of one.

select 1 word option + shift + right arrow.


parallels, since runs windows vm, more difficult. can provide example of shortcut not work?

1 solution *may* work if instal windows boot camp. natively running windows os , not virtual machine. not positive make key work though maybe else chime in??
