Kinda pissed at the Genius Bar...

my base 13" mba 5 months old , i'm having 2 issues, 1 physical , 1 software:


1. wifi dropping out often, i've gone far installing lion on again fix it. works now.


2. there weird little spots developing on top of screen. time. try wiping them witha microfiber cloth , can of them off reappear again. don't smoke, drink or eat next laptop , don't have pet. apartment isn't dirty nor take dirty places park.

keep in acme sleeve (made out of scubasuit material)


take genius bar 4 weeks ago, explain nicely guy refuses replace it. unit faulty , want new 1 while under warranty.


best tactic replaced?

 

politely ask speak supervisor or manager. they're required on if request it, , explain case them.
