Verizon iPad 3 account troubles?


anyone here verizon ipad 3... when go "cellular data" in settings , hit "view account"... appears you?

had ipad activated @ best buy , works, getting message "sim card active. sim card inserted in device active on subscription cannot managed on device. please call customer service @ 1-800-786-8419 if have questions."

have call change data plan? how can access plan on verizon.com? , bill in mail or what???
