Why interfacelift doesn't detect right resolution?

when go interfacelift.com high res wallpaper on ipad3, notice website detects resolution 768x1024. drop down under each wallpaper shows ipad , ipad 2. check drop down option , have new ipad (3rd gen) option, web site doesn't detect ipad 3 is. experience same thing??

 

i think safari sends resolution websites don't tiny on ipad... guess.
