Resolved can i still use this iphone?

im sorry if im posting in wrong place.
week ago thought lost iphone reported stolen, got new phone later on see sister's friend iphone mine, pictures , everything! talked mom (the girl 9) , gave phone back. have 2 iphones , im thinking of giving old 1 dad. can still use old 1 though reported stolen?
