Cannot partition even after defragging (pic included)

hi guys,



i've been trying install windows on mac (10.7 mid-2010 27") while , have been getting error message saying cannot partition drive because there fies need moved , need format drive single mac os extended (journal) volume. looked through ton of forum posts , said defrag take care of issue, defragged , compacted drive , i'm getting same result. i've attached picture of idefrag guys can tell me if did wrong. @ end of drive volume header followed 4 white/grey blocks, i'm not sure if they're supposed there or if they're causing issue (i assumed should have 2 headers; 1 start , 1 end). advice appreciated. have no idea how format drive extended volume, if that's have (i'd rather not, willing) use steps on too.

a defrag doesn't fix issue - matter of fact, people doesn't fix it. need message says.
