Will The iPad (3) have multi gesture controls?

i think heard during ipad announcement have mutitouch gesture controls (that available jailbroken ipads). don't have ipad did new 5.1 update add gestures or still considered developer tool apple? find gestures awesome cousin has them on ipad 1 , swiping between apps intuitive , easy, , lot easier clicking home button , switching apps. multitouch makes more laptop plus in books
