Went through jailbreak process for iphone 4 and unable to unlock..anyone able to help

i went through jailbreak process , when went cydia add ultrasn0w wouldn't add source. think it's because on ios 5.0.1 , don't have baseband of 6.15.00. unable see how upgrade baseband can complete (if that's need do). no phone or texting since last night, soo hoping can help! thank time!

06.15 baseband 3g/3gs only. can't put ipad baseband on iphone 4.

ultrasn0w, move location. use search function in cydia , find immediately. again, unless have 01.59 baseband on iphone 4, can't unlock ultrasn0w.
