Reliability of cellular web surfing in iOS 5.1 is worse

hi, couple of days ago upgraded iphone 4 ios 4.3.1 ios 5.1 (i skipped initial 5.0 release because worried battery life), , since doing so, i've noticed reliability of web surfing on cellular network quite bit worse... is, when press link, blue bar in safari won't start moving @ all, , page not begin load, slowly.

wondering if else had experienced problem this, , if restoring phone factory settings might problem? thanks!

 

maybe website slow or not loading?
