IOS missed call notification bypasses phone lock!

hi,

have purchased 3gs phone ios5, noticed security issue on notification screen. if known issue apologies. when missed call notification on lock screen can 'swipe' , takes me phone screen make return call, by-passing unlock pin. surely cannot right?

you should still confined lock screen during , after call. not security issue. going do....say bad things mother? lock data security. has free range of os during call there security issue.
