believe at&t has knowingly misled customer base falsely offering “unlimited data plan” capture market-share. compensate, at&t imposing intentional , substantial data limits. believe at&t has oversubscribed network capabilities while failing upgrade network capacities support current market demand. customers left holding-the-bag because at&t has failed in proper “capacity planning” , “capacity execution” of network.
