CAUTION! Marware MicroShell Issue (New iPad) *Update from Mareware!*

i have shell , there sizable gap between case , ipad smart cover attaches. it's several mm wide , dust/dirt can , trapped scratching ipad. case not sit flush on sides top. if set ipad down on table face down (screen against table) , push down on shell there few mm gap across of shell. major issue concerned getting dust trapped in , scratching ipad. i've contacted marware issue , have yet hear back. here shot of smart cover side of case.
