Camera's do not work after replacing screen

took wife's iphone4 have broken black front screen. went ahead , had front , replaced white. camera did not work, tech wiped phone , seemed fix problem. took phone home , restored it. until 2 days later , 12 photos later.
square one. camera not work, screen had shutter on front screen black. can see of correct screen icons, such as, video selector option , shutter button, video/camera option has faint blink it.
so, can offer me sound insight? not want take got repaired. honest, guy fixed , owns shop friend , took 4 days fix , didn't feel knew doing. sad, know.

 

sounds me best option here take apple...your buddy may have pinched cable in process...if it's relatively easy fix , grab friendly genius in slack moment, might lucky.

wouldn't tell them had screen done though..
