App similar to Evernote

hi. i'm looking app similar evernote. want able sync notes windows pc, ipad, , iphone. want able view notes offline. i'm having issues evernote. free version won't allow this. upgrade don't want ongoing monthly fees.

know of app meet requirements? have no problem paying hate idea of monthly/yearly payments. want buy once , done it.
