MBP For iOS Development

i've done searching, didn't see matching i'm looking for...

have 2 developers .net/asp/c# development [vs 2010]. we're beginning @ developing in-house apps ios [ipad mostly, possibly iphone]. i'm skeptical can development need using osx in vm environment, i'm thinking 13" or 15' mbp. unless mba suffice? have 2010 13"mbp [2.4 c2d w/8gb ram/ssd]. don't know how compare newer mba, or if can handle dev work?

thoughts/help appreciated. in advance!

 

a mbp 15" has quad core i7 , dedicated graphics, faster mba or mbp 13". mbps can upgraded down road 16 gb of ram, while mba stuck @ 4 gb of ram max.

best bang buck mbp if need mac right now. rough estimate 15" ~2x fast 13" cpu , ~4x fast gpu.
