AirDrop shortcut borked + Safari highlighting text

can people please try this, can see if bug or not:
1) remove airdrop sidebar.
2) set view column in window (third button left)
3) close window
4) press command-shift-r bring airdrop.

airdrop's "command-shift-r" , menu shortcuts have broken me, , brings this:


if resize window this:


if add airdrop sidebar in preferences, shortcut works again. airdrop functions absolutely fine.

before this, uninstalled virtualbox, , working fine. deleted unrelated files (virtualbox files only, can confirm this, i've done on 2 machines , both have same problem).

also, when highlighting , deleting text in safari, either different bits of text deleted (the cursor jumps), , highlight text moves space of text have deleted. has happened pages too. ideas?

okay, turns out isn't borked thought. simple request, please few people following, check if bug:

1) open macintosh hd, click column view button (third left in view row of buttons).

2) close window, press command-shift-r (or go "go" menu, , click airdrop).

same results first post?
