Disk just Corrupted, What to do

after rebooting windows mac, whole mac startup corrupted. went lion recovery , tried verifying, repairing nothing worked. can still access windows partition, copy files need external. have time machine backup 17th. guys see steps missing, or way can possible repair disk don't have restore time machine? bought on week ago, , have no idea how have happened.
