Has anyone unlocked an *early upgraded* AT&T iPhone 4?

(the at&t unlocking threads getting pretty out of hand, think seems reasonable have new thread more specific unlocking subjects...)

at&t statement published on bunch of news sites makes sound though iphone 4 early-upgraded 4s or other phone (i.e. less 24 months iphone 4 purchase upgrade purchase) eligible unlock. however, people have said denied unlocks in situation, , others have said at&t submitted request apple. can't find definitive statements unlock succeeded in cases, though.

has gotten at&t iphone 4 upgraded in less 24 months unlocked?

policy seems difficult verify since language on news sites appears on at&t's own site; published information still says won't unlock iphones (http://www.att.com/esupport/article.jsp?sid=kb116151). various chat transcripts people have posted show at&t staff don't seem entirely clear on policy.

 

i called last night unlock wife's iphone 4 contract in september. said i'd pay termination fee , said still won't unlock it.

asked them unlock old 3g , denied because upgraded 3gs. didn't press issue because little busy @ time seems i'll have complain them unlock old 3g.
