Mastered for iTunes songs=iTunes Match songs

i wondering if quality of songs "mastered itunes" same songs quality wise when download via itunes match? and, if not, can update itunes match songs mastered itunes ones?

i tested out, , matched file not mastered itunes version newly imported cd.
