Iphone 3G restoring problems

hi all,
have iphone 3g
phone stuck apple logo flashing (i don't know if jb)
entered dfu , tried restore, got error 1601 - can't pass it...

when plug phone pc, windows doesn't see it
entered dfu , pc recognizes it
load itunes , restore, stays on "preparing iphone restore . . . " 10 min, usb unloaded, never reloaded , gives 1601 err.
same thing tss via tinyumbrella

can me ?

 

what os version trying load on it?
