Please HELP, Phone continues to reboot !!! need to pull info off it prior to restore

hello guru's ... hope can fill me in on how pull information off rebooting iphone 4s.

installed alertartist , sms+ , reboot device , goes continuous reboot. not find way make iphone reboot safe mode can disable apps.

know can put device dfu mode , restore itunes wanted pull info off phone prior restoring... if plug in phone computer, there way ssh through usb , pull files off prior restoring? dont think ... wifi network

tried ssh via wifi no luck ... timeout error ...

 

the info need, isn't backed up?

surely it's on icloud since backs periodically when connected power source , wifi connection.

other there nothing can because every time try retrieve data going crash when phone reboots won't have had time data properly.

4s jailbroken? or apps genuine app store? 4s , current ios version supported developer? if answer yes jailbreak can nothing other restore , hope ok otherwise if apps genuine , device , ios version supported need contact apple and/or developer assistance in retrieving info shouldn't happen on genuine apps
