G4 Out of Retirement as Freehand MX Machine

i dragged 2000 g4 / 400 sawtooth out of storage use solely freehand mx machine.

mac had been pimped out mercury extreme 1.4ghz processor, 1.25gb ram , ati9000 card pretty quick (it hooked apple 20" cinema display).

adobe never did freehand mx when acquired , hate using illustrator (like using blunt knife on tomato) have been using freehand mx under rosetta years.

have move lion on mac pro various reasons can't run freehand…. out comes g4.
ok has noisy fan hey being put use , old g4 tower looks kinda cool.

please make freehand app soon!

so, else using dedicated machine freehand mx?

no, have couple versions of freehand on work , home macs. freehand has been sort of swiss army knife me. open anything. stuff illy, acrobat or photoshop chokes on.

, still superior illustrator. unfortunately me, work in industry illy won war end using most.

may interested in this though. there lot of freehand users still out there (me included).
