Intelliscreen help and a few other questions!

iphone newb here guys, bear me

1. installed intelliscreen x , far. 1 problem however, when receive message or im, when phone locked, appears popup. shouldn't part of intelliscreen list ? (i hope making sense here)

2. there way remove weather widget isx? tried removing cites weather app, causes isx crash

3. after each message, screen showing remaining balance green button @ bottom of screen (the same 1 after call). there way remove this? don't need phone telling me balance after delivering every message, annoying!

1. isx pulled down on lockscreen? if is, should automatically block popups , integrated right isx page.

2. go settings>notifications , remove weather widget there. changes in area reflect how isx looks.

3. i'm not quite sure mean one..
