Do people who use more than 2GB data have access to wifii at work/school?

just wondering.

looked @ data usage. , on phone quite bit. average between 500mb-800mb month. time went on 2gb when purposely streaming netflix run down battery test phone out.

if high data user.

1. have access wifi @ work/school
2. workplace block wifi or sites on work computers , that's reason use data?

me. physician in hospital , surgery center. cell phones use not allowed in operating rooms , patient care areas.

staff can use cell phones in break room. it's understood staff can use cell phones "quick check of things" or "quick texts". no 1 makes big deal unless abusing it.

it's hard staff use smartphone's data while @ work. have wifi access. there computer access also. youtube facebook netflix amazon ebay craigslist , few other sites blocked on both wifi , computers.

using average of 9gb per month, yes work , home has wifi. home internet connection has low data cap , i'm on work's unreliable wireless. because wifi never turned on , of data usage when commuting, run high amount.
