New Mac and syncing iPhone with it without losing app data

i bought macbook, , have iphone 4s , wondering how sync apps without losing app data? have music transfered onto new computer old one, i'm unsure of how apps , data. copied backups last computer new 1 still kind of scared sync don't lose of saved games, etc. thank in advanced.

 

copy whole itunes library folder old computer new 1 (replacing itunes library on new computer) before sync phone new computer first time. then, when sync, it'll work did on old computer , nothing on phone change.
